《夜的感情曲》Melody of The Night

其实，我不会玩钢琴，

可是，我兴趣的主要领域就是钢琴曲子。

昨晚，我无意中发现了一个非常好听的钢琴专辑，

就是，《夜的钢琴曲》Melody of The Night。

这个专辑总共有三十一首曲子，

每一首都很好听，这些曲稍微带着一些悲伤的感觉，

但是，真的是好！

不再让你孤单

我相信每个人都有孤单的时候

包括我在内

这首歌简直是把我们的心声给唱出来，

虽然他是唱给爱人听的，可是我想唱给朋友们听。

= 不再让你孤单 =

我是一个不知道如何表达心里话的人，

有时候憋在心里真的很难受。

看着那些开心的人，真的好羡慕你们，

因为你们懂得不要让自己孤单，

也许你们完全没有孤单的一刻呢？

我不知如何才能摸到别人的心，

让你们伤心了，真的很不好意思。

我不知道如何让你们舒适，

让你们不自在了，真的不好意思。

我不知道一个人要如何开心，

也许我不应该出现在你们的梦想里，

你们的梦应该属于开心的回忆的，

而不是不开心的回忆。

我的单纯，我的天真，我的无知，我的直率，

每天除了得罪人之外，除了给你们添麻烦之外，

除了伤害你们的心意之外，其他的我都帮不上忙了，

我真是个没用的家伙。

我很想跟你们道很多很多的谦，

我知道对不起这三个字是无法取代我对你们的伤害，

可是除了说这个之外，我不知道该说些什么了，

我不知道我可以为你们做什么了。

所以，你们给我的鼓励和包容，我非常珍惜！
我必须要改变我的思想，乐观一点 =)

Mid Autumn Festival and Brother Yew's Big day

Yesterday was so fun, because Brother Yew's big day fall on Mid Autumn Festival.

We bought so many lanterns, candles, find sticks and also prepared birthday gift for

Mr. Yew. and you know what, the birthday gift was prepared in last minute, that's

why it look ugly. But thanks God, Mr Yew appreciates our gift very much.

This is the gift that I prepared for him, again it is a needlework.

At first, I wish to make a foot ball for him, because he likes foot ball very much,

but the outcome look more like a lantern than a football.

Thus, I add in the handle and some tassel below to make it look like a real lantern.

After completed the birthday gift, we went out celebrate with Mr Yew in

"Meexiang Seafood" @ Stutong.

The food we ordered are so nice, and it is quite expensive too..

While waiting, we start our celebration with Mr Yew first,

After that, we start eating, everyone enjoy it very much. What a nice feeling.

After, some of them went back first,

and the rest were planned to play lantern at Hung Wei's house.

Before we go to Hung Wei's house, we went to buy Durian

Those durian have 2 types, one is RM 8 and another one is RM 6,

for them RM 8 is nicer than RM 6, but only me have different taste with them,

because I felt like the RM 6 is nicer, haha...

After finished all the Durian, we start playing lantern, the theme of the day finally had come.

After that, we hung around the taman, then took many photos, end up lantern hanging at 11.45pm.

everyone was so tired, then we clean everything and went home for a good sleep.

Sunflower Needlework

Two days ago, out of sudden, my friends, Elise and Soo Fong and I

felt like want to have some art activities,

then Elise suggested us to do Sunflower,

because she said Sunflower bring meaning in her life :)

Then we start preparing all the materials on the table,

luckily I bought those material two months ago,

buying those material to make Sunflower is not my first intention, but bookmark.

Never mind, since our mood on that day is to make a Sunflower, 

then we just move forward.

Prepared materials are:

1. Fabric (any color)

2. Scissor

3. Needle and thread (different colors)

4. Buttons (different colors)

5. Sponge

6. Any object that have round surface, e.g bottle lid

Instructions of making fabric Sunflower:

1. Used the round lid as the templates for petal and center (pistil) of flower, draw it on the fabric as shown below. (Depends on how large you wish to be your Sunflower)

2. Prepared 2 pieces of center and 9 pieces of petals as shown below.

NOTE: The amount of petals is depends on the diameter of your flower's center, if the diameter of your flower's center is larger, then add more petals for it.

3. Used the lid that is smaller than the flower's center and draw it on sponge as shown below.

Part A: Draw on the sponge.

Part B: Cut it out, and the size of the sponge must be smaller a bit than the flower's center.

4. Part A: Fold the petal piece into half circle.

    Part B: Fold again to make in become quarter.

    Part C: Make sure corner A and corner B does not fall into same line and direction.

    Part D: Make the folded piece turn to the back, and stitch it by using running stitch.

5. Part A: Stitch all 9 pieces of petals as shown below.

    Part B: Push the pieces compactly, then it will look like flower's petals.

6. Then stitches the petals between 2 pieces of flower's center by using the running stitch as well.

7. Then fill in the sponge when the suture part remain quarter.

8. Then continue by running stitch till it complete as shown below. Add in the hanging part if you want to.

9. Stitch eyes for the Sunflower by using buttons and stitch a mouth for it as shown below. And complete it with some decoration as you like.

Amazing Optical Illusions

Optical illusion is such an amazing image that 

the arrangement of the images,  effect of colors matching,

the impact of angle and direction of the shadow, the size of object,

the position of object and many other factors,

make our brain get an inaccurate information through our vision,

also known as visual deception.

The below illusion image truly make me think deeply and struggle to get

the answer. It even make me cut out the shape to compare

where and what is the difference there.

Until today, I still cannot managed to find the trick and the concept in it.

Their shapes are all equals, but the arrangement

result in different total amount of grids.

Bario, Kelabit Highlands

Bario is a small village located in the centre of
Kelabit Highlands in the north east of Sarawak.

To go to Bario from Kuching, you need to take
one hour flight from Kuching to Miri, then

take another 55 mins flight from Miri to Bario.

This is the small MAS wings plane going to Bario,

around 19 persons per flight only.

Some of the flight transit in Marudi.

Marudi is another small village near Miri.

After entered the plane, we can see directly into the pilot seats.

The space inside the plane is narrow but quite comfortable

The cool climate in Bario is approximately 20°C just like an air-con room.

During night time, everyone must sleep warm with a blanket.

Bario famous in Bario rice and juicy pineapples.
June till Sept is the paddy planting season in Bario,

because raining season at that periods.

One year ago, Bario road is full of muddy but

now they build a cement road already

of course come road still remain muddy

There are some flowers and

the famous Nepenthes (Monkey Cup) can be found in Pa Umor bush.

Bario is a very nice place for us to experience the village culture and

also to feel the nature atmosphere.
